設計總說明:自動物料分揀機最早在郵政部門開始應用,大量的信件和包裹要在很短的時間內正確分揀,憑借普通的人工分揀難以勝任,必須憑借高度自動化的分揀措施。此后,快遞服務行業、物流配送中心、出版印刷、食品工業、化工業、機械制造以及各類工業企業部門也逐步使用。近二十年來,特別是物流行業,隨著社會經濟的發展和生產力的提高,商品體積趨向于超輕超薄,其流通特點多為批量小,種類多,速度快。分揀作業已成為一項重要的工作環節,分揀系統的應用已經日趨普遍。我國目前多數物料配送中心都是人工分揀或流水線式的分揀。很顯然,伴隨著需要分揀的商品數量越來越多、物流集散中心愈加的規模化、客戶對配貨速度和服務質量的要求越來越高,單憑人工分揀根本無法滿足客戶對配送服務的要求,所以這一環節急需提高。而國外,一些配送中心使用自動分揀系統進行分揀,充分利用了自動分揀系統的各種優勢。如:分揀速度快、分揀點多、出錯率低、效率高、基本上無需人工操作。自動分揀系統成為當代物流技術發展的三大標志之一。本論文主要結合現代工業生產的實際要求設計了一個自動物料分揀機器人的機械本體。要求其滿足生產實際的使用功能中提出的各項性能指標,并保證其結構的合理性。主要工作包括機器人坐標形式、驅動方式的選擇,機器人本體結構的設計與計算,驅動系統的計算與選型,構建三維虛擬建模與裝配等內容。 本次設計首先對比了機器人各種坐標系的優缺點后,采用了直角坐標為機器人的坐標形式,結構簡單明了,構造成本低,有很強的經濟適用性。而在驅動方式方面,為了保證本機器人的工作噪音達到給定標準,對比了各種驅動方式的不同特點以后,否定了初期的氣動式,改用了絲杠傳動作為驅動方式。在確定了基本形式以后,對各部件進行了初步的數據擬定和計算,主要是滾珠絲杠副的選定以及電機的計算選型,各部分軸承的選定和其他聯接件的設計,如:軸承座、前后擋板、承物臺、滑塊等。確定了各部件的結構尺寸后,用SolidWorks繪制了各零件圖并完成了三維虛擬裝配,最后修訂了部分數據。完成了最終的CAD圖紙要求。36026
