摘要近年來,隨著經濟建設的發展和人口的數量增加,住房建設用地日趨緊張。新建高層建筑越來越高。為了滿足抗震等條件的要求,新的結構形式在不斷的發展,其中,剪力墻結構就廣泛用于高層住宅中。因此,設計高層住宅剪力墻結構就具有極其重要的理論價值和現實意義。本設計為上海馨佳園9號樓高層剪力墻結構住宅樓建筑結構設計,建筑面積約為6000平方米,地下一層,層高2.8m,地上十一層,層高2.9米,總高度37.0米,一梯兩戶。本設計在確定剪力墻布局之后,先進行了荷載計算,然后采用PKPM進行了建模計算,根據計算結果,進行了剪力墻、樓板得配筋歸并,并查看和驗算了該結構的剪力墻軸壓比,結構周期、振型,結構位移等,設計結果表明:該結構設計合理完整,采用TSSD、morgain等小軟件結合手工計算了基礎、樓板和樓梯,隨后,采用AUTOCAD2008軟件進行結構建筑圖和施工圖繪制。整個結構在設計過程中,嚴格遵循相關的專業規范的要求,參考相關資料和有關最新的國家標準規范,對設計的各個環節進綜合全面的科學性考慮。 34622
